AWARD ALERT!

We are delighted to announce Elite have been voted Best Sussex Residential Lettings Agency for 2025!

The Real Insider awards have contacted us to notify us that we were this years winners of the 2025 Best Residential Lettings Agency in Sussex.

 

We are absoloutley delighted to receive this award and thank our loyal landlords and tenants for their overwhelming support.

New Office 2026!

Elite are officially moving premesis (again!)

We are moving across the hall to Suite 3!

After 2 wonderful years in Suite 4, The Workshop, we have decided to upgrade in size and shuffle over to Suite 3, in the same building as current.

 

Our new address from November 21st 2025, is

Suite 3, The Workshop, Wharf Road, Eastbourne, BN21 3FG. All tenants, landlords and contractors have been informed via email!

We are very excited to begin this new adventure and look forward to seeing you all very soon!

Renters Reform Bill 2024

The Renters (Reform) Bill is a proposed piece of legislation, introduced by the Government on 17 May 2023. The Bill recommends landmark rental reforms that – once enacted – will have a big impact on landlords and tenants throughout England.

Almost all the recommended reforms in the Government’s original white paper have remained in the Bill, though some will be enacted at a later date. We recommend you read the Renters (Reform) Bill in more detail to gain a full understanding, but here’s a summary of key information for landlords and tenants:

​

Abolishing Section 21 ‘no fault’ evictions.

Reforming grounds for possession.

New mandatory ombudsman.

Tenant pet requests and pet insurance.

Rent increases and advance payments.

New property portal for landlords and tenants.

Further proposed improvements to the PRS.

​

The Renters (Reform) Bill proposes abolishing ‘no fault’ Section 21 evictions and delivering a simpler, more secure tenancy structure. This is designed to “provide tenants with greater security, supporting them to put down roots in their community, whilst ensuring landlords remain confident that they can regain their property where they need to”.
