Elite Property Management launched its property and block management division back at the end of 2015 and it has grown to a portfolio of over 60 blocks based in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas. The team of Elite have had great success with RTM and Freehold owners joining our portfolio and we are always keen for more enquiries and clients.

Our success in taking over these properties is a very simple philosophy - We don’t add on spurious or pointless charges. Our fees are transparent and simple and we aim to ensure quick and efficient communication together with a clear and transparent work ethic.

We took an original client contract, removed ridiculous fees for writing letters and filing information and gave people a simple, and honest contract where the objective is to work in unison, ensuring the building is well maintained and well managed. The days of charging ridiculous fees for a piece of paper are numbered.

We ensure that all contractor works are best priced for the work carried out and that we work with the block to ensure that maintenance is best priced and completed in a timely and efficient manner.
