OUR KEY FEES AND INFORMATION!
Scale of Fees

Fully Managed Fee: 10% + VAT of each month’s rental income
Tenancy Set-up Fee: a one-off fee of £300.00 (Including VAT)
Tenant Find Only Fee (TFO): a one-off fee of 75% of the monthly rent (+ VAT)
Rent Collection Service: 9% + VAT of each month’s rental income.
Additional charges outside of standard managed service​-Management of all maintenance up to the value of £500 per issue.
-Tenancy renewal on all fixed term contracts £75+VAT-Section 8 Notices and Section 21 notices are managed by Elite at no charge but will incur charges as they are outsourced to our chosen legal company who do charge dependant on section requirement.
-Section 13 Rent review £50+VAT
-Any disputes with deposits and administration of the whole process to fruition £75+VAT
-End of Tenancy Checkout £100+VAT
-Termination fee will be charged at half a month’s rent +VAT-Call out fees charged at £50+VAT
-Checkouts charged at £100+VAT
-Holding sets of Keys for Tenant Find only property charged at £50 per annum.
-TFO landlords can use our marketing portals to find their own tenant at £50 per month
-TFO quarterly inspections charged at £30+VAT per quarter
