Our success in taking over these properties is a very simple philosophy -We don’t add on spurious or pointless charges. Our fees are transparent and simple. We aim to ensure quick and efficient communication together with a clear and transparent work ethic.
We took an original client contract, removed ridiculous fees for writing letters and filing information and gave people a simple, and honest contract where the objective is to work in unison, ensuring the building is well maintained and well managed.
The days of charging ridiculous fees for a piece of paper are numbered. We ensure that all contractor works are best priced for the work carried out and that we work with the block to ensure that maintenance is best priced and completed in a timely and efficient manner.
