Well, we certainly did not anticipate the pandemic coming to our shores. As with almost all companies, we closed our office and worked from our various homes as soon as we were informed to do so.
During the lock down, we worked closely with our tenants and Landlords to ensure that all parties were kept in the loop what with Furlough and the uncertainty of peoples jobs and whether rents could be paid or delayed. The team here at Elite were fantastic and went the extra mile in re-assuring tenants and Landlords if a problem arose.
This resulted in only 2% of the entire portfolio being in arrears after lock down ended and of those 2%, a solution agreed by both the the tenants and the Landlords meant that those arrears were quickly resolved.
This was a real team achievement from the tenants, the Landlords and ourselves and we want to thank them all for being so open, supportive and communicative during terrible times. We are now open and are delighted to announce that we are incredibly busy and would love to speak to tenants and Landlords alike that are looking for an agent that will go the extra mile !
